The website offer several test preparatory products & services for preparation. RankersBuzz.com as per their norms and policies has defined a process of registration & purchase. Wherein user will have to submit the "Online Registration Form" completely filled, as specified in the “Online Registration Form". The process of engagement and enrollment is mandatory for every user and they agree that they will abide by and follow the process.

Breaches of these terms and conditions

Without prejudice to RankersBuzz.com's other rights under these terms and conditions, if user breaches or intends to breach the terms and conditions in any way, RankersBuzz.com may take action which is appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending their access to the website, prohibiting them from accessing the website, blocking computers using their IP address from accessing the website, contacting their internet service provider for requesting them to block their access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against them.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with GOVERNING LAW, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the New Delhi Jurisdiction only.

Free Resources

Free resources are the facility and sole discretion of RankersBuzz.com. To get the premium resources/services user will have to pay the respective amount specified on the website.

Password

User will never share their password for accessing the Website with anyone else at any time. The Courses purchased by the user is authorized by RankersBuzz.com for their own use only i.e. solely for applicant and they cannot share their password with others or allow others to use the premium privileges.

Refund and cancellation

As per the rules, cancellations of products/services are allowed which the users have purchased or subscribed to & a refund will be initiated accordingly after deducting reasonable amount/fees/charges/taxes. The cancellations of products/services must be done within stipulated time period of 30 days from the date of admission/subscription. After the time period of 30 days, the cancellations of products/services will not be accepted & we cannot provide any refund, either totally or partially. We suggest that first the user should go through the demos/Tests/Subscribe to the free tests and/or free to use contents/products/services before they subscribe to or purchase from RankersBuzz.com. Cancellations of products/services & refund of fees will be done only in the case of failure to provide adequate coaching services (termed as deficiency of the services) as promised/written in prospectus/on website. Institute will appoint an appellate authority to look into such matter & provide the right solution to subscribers/students/users.

It is for the user to see whether he/she is eligible for a certain Entrance Exams or not. RankersBuzz.com's Online test does not holds any responsibility if a user's admission form is rejected by the examination controller body (main entrance examination) or the user does not clears/qualifies the respective examination he/she may be preparing for. Such a user cannot claim a refund of the whole or any part of the fee he/she has paid to RankersBuzz.com.

Instalments

This is mandatory to pay the instalments on time & date which has been given to users/subscribers at the time of admission. After the admission the request of change in due date won't be entertained /accepted at anyhow. Users/subscribers are advised to discuss all about the class/services/products charges/fees payments/instalments before taking the admission. If any User/Subscriber fails to pay his/her instalment on given due time/date, he/she won't be allowed to utilize/attend the class/services/products either from the next day of the due date or from the next day of the grace period is over. The grace period will be strictly depends upon the administration/institution/organization discretion. If any User/Subscriber fails to pay his/her instalment as the grace period is over, User'S/Subscriber'S candidature/admission/registration will be terminated immediately. In such case, any User/Subscriber can't claim any class/services/products or any refund, either totally or partially. Administration/institution/organization won't be responsible of any loss of study or any damage or any other losses in this case/situation/scenario.

RankersBuzz.com is not responsible for the loss of Demand Draft/Cheque until and unless it is received at RankersBuzz.com Office, where in RankersBuzz.com ensures that the user gets all the notifications for user engagements via email and sms or call.
